Termites feed on different things and can cause a big havoc in the home. They will feed on wood and normally nibble on paper, insulation material and liners on filtration systems. Unless proper termite management is taken, they can end up damaged many stuff in the building. To get rid of pests, it is essential to consider using the services of a qualified termite management officer. This is because; sometimes termites will go without being seen in the building and require trained workers to spot and get rid of.

There are two key termite treatment methods - use of baits and use of liquids. Baits are made using cardboard or food substances, paper and a chemical that's poisonous to the pests. They are placed either indoors or underground, where termites will consume the bait. Given that termites share food amongst themselves, a big number of them end up eating the deadly bait and are killed.
